Lotte Chemical
Pakistan Limited successfully concluded the Wage Settlement for the period
2025–2026 with the LCPL Workers’ Union on 21 October, following constructive
and mutual discussions on the Workers’ Charter of Demands.
The settlement
was reached in an amicable manner, reflecting a spirit of cooperation, mutual
respect, and shared commitment to organizational stability and employee
welfare. Both management and union representatives demonstrated a collaborative
approach throughout the negotiation process, ensuring that the outcome aligns
with the interests of employees as well as the long-term sustainability of the
organization.
