Leadership Excellence for Young Engineers

LCPL organized Leadership Excellence training for Young Engineers, facilitated by Ms. Swaleha Bhatti, in October, aimed at developing essential leadership capabilities among emerging engineering talent. The session focused on building self-leadership, effective communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills, enabling young engineers to take ownership, collaborate effectively, and contribute confidently to team and organizational goals.
