The PLC up gradation of the Centrifuge was successfully completed with strong support from the Instrument Department, enhancing operational control, reliability, and efficiency. The previous system had limitations in functionality, parameter visibility, and advanced control features, which affected monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance.
The new PLC provides expanded parameter visibility, advanced
logic, and improved diagnostics, enabling precise control, smoother
startups, stable operations, and optimized performance. It also improves troubleshooting, enhances safety,
and allows flexibility for future process upgrades.
