Team-building events are a great way
to energize staff and strengthen teamwork. Beyond being a break from routine
work, they help build stronger relationships, enhance collaboration, and
inspire creative solutions.
This year, the Engineering and Shift
Production teams organized a series of events. On 21 and 23 October, the
engineering team enjoyed padel gaming at Padelverse, followed by a relaxed
dinner at Lal Qila Restaurant, blending fun and bonding.
On 25 October, the shift team had a
full-day outing at Country Farm House Chalet, packed with enjoyable activities.
The next mega event on 21 November brought together two shift teams, HSE, and
Technical departments at Sport-On Club, Clifton. Higher management joined the
sports activities, from padel to cricket and football, followed by a team
dinner at BBQ Tonight, strengthening bonds outside work.
The final event on 17 December took
place at Shamsi Farmhouse, where the shift team enjoyed water activities and a
relaxed evening with delicious barbecue, creating lasting memories.
These events successfully boosted
morale, reinforced teamwork, and highlighted the strong collaborative culture
that drives our operations. Cheers to a great team!
